Refund And Return Policy

Our refund and return policy at PackagingnPrinting.com is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to provide a full refund or exchange for purchases made beyond the 30-day period.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods (food, flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, or some health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please refrain from sending the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as for books with obvious signs of use, or opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record. Full refunds will not be provided for items not in their original condition, damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Upon receiving and inspecting the return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

Product Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, email us at info@packagingnprinting.com and send the item to 8403 Pines Blvd Ste 217 Unit#159, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, USA.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, mail it to 8403 Pines Blvd Ste 217 Unit#159, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, USA. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
