We typically respond to all quote requests within 24 hours on business days.
Our standard turnaround time for custom box orders is 8-10 business days after final design approval. However, turnaround time may vary depending on each customer’s unique specifications. Bulk or rigid custom box orders may require additional production and/or shipping time, which we will inform you of in advance. While we strive to maintain an extremely high level of accuracy in our stated turnaround times, we cannot guarantee delivery estimates. If your delivery date is time-sensitive, we highly recommend discussing rush production and expedited shipping with your customer service representative.
With Packagingnprinting, you will receive 2D and 3D mockups of your boxes based on the artwork you provide before we start printing your boxes. This allows you to see every aspect of your design, from every angle, before production. If you need design adjustments after reviewing your mockups, our team of graphic and structural designers provides design assistance at no additional cost.
Yes! We can print your artwork on both the inside and outside of your custom boxes. Additional charges may apply for double-sided printing, so please speak directly with your customer service representative for details.
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders. As a general rule, the larger the box quantity, the lower the cost per unit. The price is usually determined by the size and style of the box, ink coverage, material, and quantity of the box. As a leading custom packaging manufacturer, Teddy Packaging offers competitive prices for custom-printed boxes. If you find a better price elsewhere, we will work to beat your verified quote.
